This module forms the core of the in-patient treatment and monitoring functions. It tracks the movement of the patient when the patient is admitted to a ward, shifted to another ward, and discharged from the hospital.
This module also helps the administrator to keep track of each transaction and the authorized user. The administrator can view the list of various employees, their departments and categories using this module. He can then allot rights and privileges to an employee or set of employees in a category/department/group to use various modules in the HIS. The Management Information System reports can be generated by any privileged person without the help of any other personnel. The occurrence Variance Reporting system is a web-based application that facilitates hospital staff to report incidents to the risk and quality management who can then assign it to the investigation department. QRM department can analyze the risk after an investigation is done and monitors the KPIs.
